This plan is for the serious For Sale By Owner (FSBO).

You get the massive exposure of the MLS (Hardin and Louisville), REALTOR.com and save thousand by acting as your own listing agent. Broker support is included and plans start at $499 for a six month subscription to one MLS (either Louisville or Hardin County).


Here’s What We Do, MLS Basic Package $499 (Payable up front)

1. Enter your property in the Louisville or Hardin County MLS for six month subscription.Both MLS for $591.75
2. Enter your property in the MLS for six month subscription.
3. Load 15 customer provided property photo (only 4 go to realtor.com)
4. Text in REALTOR.com exactly as the MLS.
5. Provide REALTORS access to your property condition disclosure.
6. One price reductions allowed. per month.
7. Post your property to FlatFeeDirect.com
8. Enable you download and print unlimited property flyers.
9. Provide you with required forms and paperwork to list your property.
10. Limited to one Photo change per subscription period.
11. Provide your contact information to interested REALTORS.
12. Home warranty available (additional costs around $400)
13. Broker support..we will receive accept delivery of all written offers, we will accept contract deposits, We will assist you in developing, communicating, negotiating and presenting offers and counter-offers and we will answer your questions relating to offers and counter-offers
14. We will provide you with professional “For Sale” signs.


Here’s what we ask you to do.

1. Provide us with accurate property information.
2. Provide us with good quality digital photos.
3. Complete the necessary disclosures.
4. Cooperate with CO-OP brokers interested in showing the house.
5. Notify us immediately when you accept an offer.
6. Cooperate with the closing process and attend closing.
7. Pay for and handle your own advertising.
8. Pay a buyer’s agent the agreed to commission at closing.
