No up-front fees with either of these plan.. We get paid at closing.

With the Diamond plan you pay a listing fee of $2495 at closing plus 3% to a buyers agent if another agent introduces the successful buyer to the property. Use this plan to take advantage of the marketing power of the MLS and to energize the entire real estate community selling your house.

With the Gold plan, everything is the same except that you offer no commission to a buyers agent and have no access to the MLS. This plan may result in a longer marketing time than the Diamond plan.
